1. Nano-Sizing the Particles
In our labs, we reduce active antifungal particles to the nanoscale. This downsizing both increases their effectiveness and allows them to blend seamlessly into our fabrics, ensuring a more powerful and uniform antifungal effect.
2. Integrating into Yarns
We then incorporate these particles into specially selected materials that are spun into high-performance yarns. Our integration technique ensures the particles remain in place and don’t wash off, even after extensive laundering. In fact, we tested the yarns through 100 wash cycles and observed no reduction in antifungal performance.
3. Manufacturing the Socks
Once we’ve developed and refined our specialized antifungal yarn, we use it as the primary material to craft our socks.
4. Third-Party Testing
To ensure the highest quality and efficacy, each batch undergoes rigorous testing by independent labs, which specifically measure its antifungal performance against the fungi responsible for athlete’s foot.
